Visiting Professor Sites and Dates
The 2-week visiting professorship will include visits to University Health Network in Toronto and the University of Ottawa.
Travel dates: April/May 2027 (exact dates TBD)

The ISS Don Resnick Visiting Professor program now in its third year, aims to promote the careers of mid-career musculoskeletal faculty and to encourage the international exchange of information concerning musculoskeletal practice and education and to establish professional and academic collaborations, friendships, and networks.
Visiting Professorship Objectives
- Develop the visiting professor’s clinical, research and teaching skills through exposure to different practice patterns around the world
- Connect visiting professors with musculoskeletal physician leaders across the world
- Prepare visiting professors for the challenges of leading and improving the specialty

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to ISS and non-ISS members
- 10-15 years out of training
- Research and teaching experience
- Willingness to give a brief presentation at the Annual Meeting of the ISS and produce a short report about the travel experience for Skeletal Radiology after the program
