Important Notice Regarding ISS 2025 Annual Meeting Hotel Reservations
Please be advised that ISS and Veritas are the only authorized entities responsible for communication regarding the ISS 2025 Annual Meeting.
Neither ISS nor Veritas will reach out to you for hotel reservation solicitation. If you are contacted by any third-party hotel, travel agency, or reservation service offering assistance with your hotel bookings for this event, we strongly recommend against utilizing their services. These agencies often provide rooms at inflated rates that are non-refundable and may include significant cancellation penalties.
To make sure you secure the best rates and avoid potential issues, please only follow official instructions from ISS and Veritas for hotel reservations on this webpage.

Hotel reservations at the group rate for ISS 2025 from September 11th to 19th are currently available. Upgraded rooms and reservations outside of the group block dates are based on availability. Please review all terms and conditions, including additional charges and the cancellation policy, before finalizing your reservation.

- €330.00 per night, double occupancy.
NOTE: All reservations require a valid credit card. The reservation will only be guaranteed, until advance payment in full for our stay is paid. You will receive an email from ge.lisboa@epic.sanahotels.com with a secured link to provide full payment.
A tax in the amount of € 2.00 per guest per night will be charged on stays for guests over the age of 13 and up to a maximum of seven (7) nights. Cancellations received thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival will be charged at the one-night rate. Cancellations received after this date will be charged for the entire stay. Cancellations until 14 days before the arrival date, 1 night will be charged. Late cancellations (13 days or less) or no-shows will be charged the total amount of the stay.
